SHORT TERM LETTING

We take out all the hassle and stress involved with hosting guests via Airbnb at your home or apartment in Franschhoek.

We maintain your listing, deal with the bookings, prep for guest arrivals, check-in and check-out, cleaning and laundry and make sure all is in top order for the next guests arrival.

GUEST RELATIONS AND MANAGEMENT

Communication is key!  We keep in contact with you as well as the guests to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.  

We make all arrangements with your guests before arrival, take care of their queries and requests during their stay and provide reviews afterwards.

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE

Our Outdoor team take great care of your garden and pool and keep them in pristine condition.  Watering when necessary, grass cutting, weeding and pruning.  Replacing potted plants, trimming hedges and generally keeping the outdoor areas looking inviting.

Our Indoor team are on hand to make sure your home stays clean and dust free. Cleaning schedules designed to suit your needs.  

Our Maintenance and Building team can do it all. From fixing a door handle to building an extension to your home or adding a garage, we do it.  We regularly check on each of our properties to act quickly when any maintenance issues arise.

Sage House – This is a very nice house with everything you might need. Fully equipped and feels like home. Location is also superb, because you can walk to the city center and many wineries and still be a little out of the main area. Robyn is an excellent host, communication was easy and fluid.
